This is the Asheville Independent Restaurant Association. We are proud to be a member of this worthwhile organization. It is a dedicated group of independent restaurant owners that have come together to help each other, our employees and the community we live in by promoting dining out and purchasing from local vendors. During the recent devastating floods where many of our members were shut down, AIR members came together to do fundraising for the employees who lost their jobs. We donated hundreds of free meals to The Red Cross while they were assisting the relocating refugees from Hurricanes Katrina, XXXX and Wilma. We participate in numerous community fundraisers such as Dining Out For Life, Buncombe County School Foundation Night, and the Cancer Fundraiser for Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
